1.Can I get samples? What’s your MOQ?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test. MOQ is 1pc and mixed samples are acceptable.

2. How long it will takes to receive my sample?

For regular lights, always have sample in stock. If ship by air and choose door to door, usually takes 7-10days after your send the payment.

3. Can I print my logo on the products? Can I print my own box?

Yes, if order more than 100pcs in one time, we can print the logo free. Or will charge 40-50usd.

4.Do you provide OEM service?

Yes. For big lighting project, we can do OEM, and provide CAD drawing, IES file, Dialux simulation free.

5. All-in-One and Two-in-One, which is best for my project?

All-in-one means all components in one box, so more convenient to ship and install. But can not change the solar panel orientation.

Two-in-One put the controller and lithium battery in the LED housing, but divide the solar panel, so when install, should fix the mounting of solar panel first. But solar panel can choose the best orientation.

6. What is the max power of your solar light?

Till now is 120w. We know in the market have 300w, 500w even have 5000w solar light, but it is not true.

7.What type of solar cell do you use?

Nomo, for some Europe solar project, we also use Sunpower from USA.

8.What’s LiFePo4 lithium battery?

LiFePO4 is short for Lithium Iron Phosphate. This is the safest, toughest and most cost effective lithium battery today. Widely used for electric cars, buses, solar farms…

9. For the two in one model, can I only buy your solar light head, but use my own solar panel?

Yes. We also have customer buy solar panel in the local to saving import tax.

10. Can I change the lighting program on ground even it is installed on pole?

Yes. You can use our remoter or your Phone to control the light under the pole. For smart street light or IoT street light, can use your PC or phone to remote control.

11. What’s the lifetime time for each component? What’s the warranty for the whole lighting system?

For solar panel, lifetime can be 20-25years; LED&charger lifetime about 8-12years. Different battery have different lifetime, usually more than 8 years for a LiFePo4 lithium battery.

We provide 3years warranty for our regular lights. For some government lighting projects, can also extend warranty to 5 years.

12.How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, we have strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.3%.

Secondly, if lights broken during the guarantee period, we will send new solar components free to replace the old one. If lights can not be repaired, we will send a new light to replace. For details, please visit …….. to check our warranty policy.
